Each Single Tidying Session is between 3-5 hours and tailored to meet your specific needs. These sessions are perfect for addressing a small category, sub-category, or organizing project. Ideal for those curious about the KonMari Method without committing to a package, or for individuals who need occasional guidance while completing their own Tidying Festival.

STARTER TIDYING PACKAGE
The Starter Package is designed for individuals living alone in smaller homes with an average amount of belongings. It includes five 3-hour Tidying Sessions (15 hours total), with each session typically focused on one of the five KonMari categories. This package is ideal for self-motivated clients who can continue to work independently on a category after each session.

TIDYING FESTIVAL SUBSCRIPTION
An ongoing monthly subscription-based service for the duration of your Tidying Festival. The Standard Tidying Festival Subscription includes two 3-Hour Tidying Sessions per month. We will follow the KonMari Method to declutter and organize by category until your tidying festival is complete. *Recurring monthly billing with automatic payment setup required.

I am located in Calgary, Alberta Canada.
In-Home Organizing is available within the city of Calgary and surrounding areas (such as Airdrie, Bearspaw, Bragg Creek, Chestermere, Diamond Valley, Millarville, Okotoks etc) up to 100km each way.
Travel fee is included for distance up to 35km. A quote will be provided in advance when travel fee is applicable so there aren't any surprises.

My hours are by appointment only on weekdays with limited evenings/weekends available. If you are looking to book outside of my regular business hours, please let me know and if I will try my best to accommodate. I am currently booking appointments up to 2 months in advance.

Please start by booking a free consultation Zoom call. The purpose of the call to discuss any questions you may have and ensure my services are aligned with your needs. We can book your tidying lessons during the call or whenever you are ready to proceed.
Please note tidying sessions cannot be scheduled without a consultation call or on behalf of another person.

No. The KonMari Method™ is a deeply personal process based on what brings you joy and your ideal lifestyle. This is why we will need to work closely and collaboratively throughout the process.
Like I always say, my perfect kitchen wouldn't be your perfect kitchen as we have different habits and enjoy cooking and eating different foods.

It's not a requirement for you to read Marie Kondo's books as I will walk you through the steps but it would be beneficial for you to read the section on the category we'll be working on prior to the session if you're able to. I would also recommend reading the books especially if you would like to do some tidying on your own. I recommend reading The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up or Kurashi at Home. You can also watch some episodes of Tidying Up with Marie Kondo or Sparking Joy with Marie Kondo on Netflix to get a better understand of the process.

Please resist the urge to tidy up. If I can see your home in its natural state, it will give me greater insight into your habits for me to give you suggestions on future maintenance.
For your first session, we will be working on your clothing category so please ensure you do laundry but folding of your clean laundry is not necessary.

I recommend holding off on purchasing any new storage or organizational items until the end. During the joy check (decluttering) phase, all storage is considered temporary until we finish all categories. Quite often, we're able to use what you already have for storage. When additional items are needed, I can provide suggestions or source the items for you.

Proper disposal of your discarded items are up to you. At the end of the session, I can help you load discarded items into your car or make other arrangements if needed. Some charities will also provide pickup services for certain type or quantity of items. Please visit my donation and recycling resource guide for more information.

Absolutely! I will not disclose any information about you or identify you as a client. If photos are taken to document your progress, it will only be shared if you have given me permission to do so on your client contract but I will always keep your location, name and personal info confidential. For more details, please refer to my client contract.

Yes, I have a commercial general liability and professional liability insurance policy.

My prices are posted on my website but the cost for each person varies as it depends on the level of support you need, how much stuff you have and your budget.
During our consultation call, we can discuss some options based on your organizing goals and budget to come up with a plan that works for you which may include homework in between sessions and/or a combination of in-person and virtual sessions.
Payment types accepted includes all major credit cards or Email Money Transfer. Payment is due in full at time of booking. Please inquire about payment plans if needed.

Yes, I offer gift certificates in any amount. That being said, tidying is a personal journey so please make sure the recipient welcomes this gift. I will need to book a consultation call with the gift recipient prior to booking any sessions.
