Virtual Coaching services are available worldwide. I am located in Calgary, Alberta Canada (MST Mountain Standard Time Zone.) My virtual organizing services are available between 9AM - 9PM, 7 days a week. You can use a Time Zone Converter to see if my hours work for you.

Please start by filling in my contact request form and I will in be touch to book a free 30-minute consultation Zoom call. The purpose of the call to discuss any questions you may have and ensure my services are aligned with your needs. We can book your tidying lessons during the call or later on whenever you are ready. There is no pressure. If it’s not a good fit, I’d be happy to recommend other organizers or services who may be better suited to your needs.

Each Virtual Coaching Session is 60 minutes. We will set goal and discuss how you will tackle each category using the principles of the KonMari Method™ as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have. You may start tidying during the call or work on it on your own in between calls.

I’d highly recommend for you to read Marie Kondo’s books so you can get a better understanding of the method and the process but it's not a requirement. I recommend reading The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up or Kurashi at Home. You can also watch some episodes of Tidying Up with Marie Kondo or Sparking Joy with Marie Kondo on Netflix.

It's not a requirement for you to read Marie Kondo's books as I will walk you through the steps of KonMari Method™ tidying but it would be beneficial for you to read the section on the category we'll be working on prior to the lesson. I would also recommend reading the books especially if you would like to do some tidying on your own. I recommend reading The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up or Kurashi at Home. You can also watch some episodes of Tidying Up with Marie Kondo or Sparking Joy with Marie Kondo on Netflix to get a better understand of the process.

I recommend holding off on purchasing any new storage or organizational items until the end. During the joy check (decluttering) process, all storage is considered temporary until you finish all categories. Quite often, you're able to use what you already have for storage. When additional items are needed, I can provide suggestions.

Absolutely! I will not disclose any information about you or identify you as a client. If photos are taken to document your progress, it will only be shared if you have given me permission to do so on your client agreemnt but I will always keep your location, name and personal info confidential. For more details, please refer to my client agreement.

My prices (in Canadian dollars) are posted on my website but the cost for each person varies as it depends on the level of support you need, how much stuff you have and your budget. 

During our initial consultation, we can discuss some options based on your organizing goals and budget to come up with a plan that works for you.

Payment types accepted includes all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB) or EMT (Email Money Transfer) for Canadian clients. Full payment for your session or package is required in full at time of booking. Please inquire about payment plans if needed.
